How fast can my agent go live?

Building her takes about an hour. Making her good takes longer. A Done-For-You build goes live five to ten business days after your onboarding call — the build is the fast part, and the rest of that time is testing, stress testing and refining her against the calls your business actually gets. If you build your own in KU Forge, she is live within the hour and that refining work is yours.

Is there a setup fee?

If we build it, yes — a one-time build fee equal to one month of that employee’s price. It covers the onboarding call, the build, and the days of testing and refining that turn a working agent into one you would put on your main line.

If you build it yourself in KU Forge, no. We still suggest letting us do the build — getting an agent right takes daily attention at first, and that means someone on your team who can own it.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and we adjust your billing at the next cycle.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Konnect-U runs month to month with no long-term commitment required.

What happens if I want to cancel?

You can cancel at any time and there is no cancellation penalty. Our 14-day money-back guarantee refunds your first month’s subscription if Konnect-U does not perform as described within 14 days of purchase. It covers performance, not cancellation, and one-time build fees are non-refundable.

What if I go over my monthly minutes?

Nothing stops working. Extra minutes are billed at 11 cents a minute on your next invoice — the same rate for every AI employee.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. Agents are built with a no-code prompt wizard, and your knowledge base is created by uploading a document or pointing the agent at a web page.

Can the agent hand a call to a real person?

Yes. Calls route to your mobile or to the right department whenever a human needs to take over, and the agent logs the context before it transfers.

Will it work with my calendar and CRM?

Yes. Calendar sync covers Calendly, Google, Apple and Cal.com. CRM sync covers HubSpot, Zoho and GoHighLevel.

What languages and countries do you cover?

Agents speak up to 300 languages, and phone numbers can be provisioned in more than 150 countries. We supply numbers at $2 a month each. You can forward an existing number — a Google Voice number, say — for inbound calls; outbound calling needs a number from us.

Do I get call recordings and transcripts?

Yes. Every call is recorded and transcribed, with the outcome logged in your dashboard alongside your analytics.

Is my data secure?

Yes. The platform is built to ISO and GDPR-ready data protection standards.
