Is there a setup fee?

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and we adjust your billing at the next cycle.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Konnect-U runs month to month with no long-term commitment required.

What happens if I want to cancel?

You can cancel at any time and there is no cancellation penalty. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable, and the 14-day guarantee covers platform performance rather than cancellation.

What if I go over my monthly minutes?

Extra minutes are billed at your plan overage rate: 18 cents a minute on Solo, 15 cents on Starter, 12 cents on Professional and 10 cents on Enterprise.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. Agents are built with a no-code prompt wizard, and your knowledge base is created by uploading a document or pointing the agent at a web page.
