Rental and optional texting charges
- Number rental: $2/month per number. Calling usage is separate.
- Optional US SMS setup: $29 once for an eligible low-volume registration.
- Carrier campaign fee: $1.50/month per registered Low Volume Mixed campaign, passed through without markup. Charged per campaign, not per number.
- SMS usage: $0.02 per segment sent or received, charged monthly to your saved rental payment method. No texts are included. Long messages may use multiple segments. Balances of $0.50 or more are billed monthly. Balances under $0.50 carry forward; final balances under $0.50 are waived.
When campaign billing starts: After you separately authorize the $1.50 monthly campaign fee and your approved campaign is linked, billing begins at your next number-rental renewal. There is no prorated campaign charge that day.
Cancellation: Canceling the rental ends its recurring campaign line too. To cancel texting while keeping your number, use the Activate texting page. Previously incurred usage remains payable.
Availability and other charges: International texting and MMS are not offered through this rental service. Other registration types or replacement submissions require a separate quote. Applicable taxes, if any, are additional.
Get your number in 3 simple steps
- Verify your email. Enter the email you use for Konnect-U. We will email you a six-digit code.
- Enter your area code. After you enter the code and verify your email, the area-code box will appear.
- Choose your number. Click Find numbers, select an available number, then complete the $2/month checkout.
Verifying your email and searching for numbers do not charge you.
Numbers remain subject to availability. If your selected number cannot be provisioned, no different number will be substituted. After cancellation, the number is retained for seven days after the paid subscription ends, then permanently released. SMS activation may require separate registration.
