Can Pria answer after hours?
Yes. She can answer calls and help callers book future available appointments through a supported calendar, following your office’s rules. Live staff transfers depend on staff availability.
Can we use the public demo for real patients?
No. It’s demo only, so don’t use real information. The public demo is for evaluating administrative workflows. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, triage, or emergency care. For an emergency, call 911.
What happens before patient-data use?
Healthcare activation requires the applicable signed agreements and BAAs, eligible vendor services, and the right configuration and operating procedures. We review those requirements with your practice before activation.
What does the one-time build cover?
Your initial receptionist configuration, approved practice information, supported scheduling setup, staff routing, and testing. Any additional integration or custom work is scoped separately before work begins.
Is Pria Healthcare HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA support is set up for each practice. Once you hire Pria, we sign a Business Associate Agreement and put the right configuration in place before any real patient information is handled. The public demo is for made-up information only.
How is our data protected and stored?
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-based, and retention periods for calls, transcripts, and texts can be configured. See the security and compliance page for details.
